These sessions are in person in a calm, safe and peaceful environment. The work ranges from deep pressure sessions, to light gentle cranial and lymphatic drainage sessions (some refer to this work as “medical bodywork”). The session ALWAYS depends on the client and their body that particular day. Cupping, BioField Tuning Fork, PNF stretching, intraoral work, pre and post surgical movement/exercise suggestions are also available at no addition cost. There are so many different modalities and names for things in the field of bodywork. Feel free to inquire at the email below.
There is a travel fee (scroll down). The fee remains constant regardless of how many sessions I do that day. Thus, the fee may be disbursed among others up to 6 total sessions. The work needs to take place on the same day and in the same home, neighborhood, gym, yoga studio, church, dojo, synagogue, neighborhood clubhouse, etc.
I am also available to participate in retreats.
And don’t forget, many of you reading this are willing to pay a travel fee for a locksmith, AC/Heating, plumber, etc and those are for material things. Your divine body is definitely worth it and so are YOU 🙏😉😎

End-of-Life Doula/Death Doula (mobile)
This is a holistic, non-medical and non-clinical offering. This offering does NOT include advising or advocacy. Its nature is that of a companion to the patient and family of the patient as they take this life ending journey together. It may be spiritual, religious, both and none of the above. There is no model to share other than being present with the human, the Soul and perhaps the family of the Soul as death unfolds naturally.
There are many facets of this offering including and not limited to: (1) emotional support, (2) legacy work, (3) vigil presence, (4) difficult and challenging conversations including advanced care planning, (5) family support, (6) after-death care support.
All will be detailed and agreed upon in a signed contract by all parties. There are 4 levels/options for this offering:
Level 1 —- Consultation and Planning Support: (one-time 90 to 120 minute consultation; or a series of 2-4 consultations over weeks or months) ($120/hour, billed at 15-minute increments rounded up)
Level 2 —- Active Care Support: An agreed upon monthly retainer; an agreed upon number of monthly visits and limited phone support.
Level 3: —- Vigil Presence: An agreed upon monthly retainer; an agreed upon number of monthly visits, an agreed upon length of each visit and limited phone support.
Level 4: —- Full Journey Accompaniment: A comprehensive package from active dying through early bereavement (combination of Levels 1, 2 & 3).

I am NOT a licensed therapist and these sessions are NOT therapy or counseling. They are one individual listening to another. There is no judging, should’ing or fixing… because there is nothing to fix. Sometimes, we just want to be heard without being prescribed some type of “fix”.
A gentle reminder, there are no refunds for these sessions once they have been scheduled. So please take a moment, breathe, check in with yourself and your body to feel if you are in alignment with your heart before scheduling. Thank you for your understanding 🫶🏼

Rates
There is a 3% processing fee added to the prices below for credit cards, debit cards, SNAP/EBT, Apple pay, Google pay and HSA/FSA.
Cash, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp or Bullion (Gold and Silver) are encouraged. There is no processing fee associated with these.

Listening Session 1:1 (50 min) - $120 ($124 w/fee)
I am approved to receive your FSA or HSA funds for bodywork/massage (since 2020). You do not need approval or authorization. It’s actually your money.
I am happy to provide you with clinical/medical receipts (including diagnosis codes) for tax purposes at the end of the calendar year for all sessions. This is sometimes referred to as “Super Bills”. You will need to request this service. The receipts would include cost of the session as well as tips and travel fees. There is no additional cost for this service.
Finally, the question I receive the most is “Do you take insurance?”. The honest answer is, “it depends on your insurance provider”. I have an NPI number. In my experience, this is how the process typically works:
You pay me IN FULL including tip and travel fee for the session.
You receive the completed receipt (Super Bill) at the end of your session.
You submit the receipt/bill directly to the insurance provider.
The insurance provider reimburses you directly if they agree to it.
