Listening/Intuitive Sessions
Let me be upfront and clear… I am NOT a licensed therapist and these sessions are NOT therapy or counseling. They are one individual listening to another. There is no judging, should’ing or fixing… because there is nothing to fix. Sometimes, we just want to be heard without being prescribed some type of “fix”.
A gentle reminder, there are no refunds for these sessions. So please take a moment, breathe, check in with yourself to feel if you are in alignment with your heart before scheduling. Thank you for your understanding 🫶🏼

Physical Bodywork/Intuitive/Energetic Sessions
These sessions are in person in a calm peaceful environment. The work ranges from deep pressure sessions, to light gentle cranial and lymphatic drainage sessions. It depends on what the client and their body are needing and wanting. A few other modalities available are cupping, BioField Tuning Fork, PNF stretching, intraoral work, pin and stretch, pre and post surgical work to name a few. Feel free to inquire at the email below. There are so many different modalities and names for things in the field of bodywork.

Soul Circle for Men
This Circle is basically about whatever energy wishes to show itself in each gathering. The intention is to allow all energies safely... and with men especially... courage, vulnerability, warmth, openness, softening.
This is NOT group therapy or group counseling as I am NOT a licensed therapist or counselor. If you do not see the option below to join the Circle, that means the session is full or a new one has not been scheduled yet. They are typically once a month. They are available online (laptop or phone) via WhatsApp or Proton Meet. Feel free to email me and I am happy to add you to the waiting list if the Circle is full.
Rates
Please note that the online rates you see when scheduling include a 3% processing fee should you choose to pay by card including an HSA and FSA card. Prepayment is NOT required. Cash, Venmo, Zelle, check and Silver generics are encouraged. There is no processing fee for these payments.

Yes, it is required to enter the CC info each time you book a session even when you are paying Cash, Venmo, Zelle or Silver generics. I know this can be a pain in the ass. Thank you for your understanding in this matter 🙏
Yes, I am approved to receive your FSA or HSA funds. You do not need approval. It’s actually your currency. I have been approved and accepting HSA/FSA since 2020.
Finally, the question I receive the most is “Do you take insurance?”. The honest answer is, “it depends on your insurance provider”. I have an NPI number. In my experience, the insurance provide you use will have to approve of the form or “Super Bill” I provide each client after the session. Send me an email and request the form or what is also referred to as a “Super Bill”. I am happy to send it to you. I am also happy to make any adjustments to the form that your insurance provider requests. Once the form is approved by the provider, you schedule the session. You pay the full rate at the end of the session including tip. I provide you with a receipt/“Super Bill”. You submit that to your insurance provider directly. They reimburse you directly. I am not in the loop once our session has been completed. I have seen reimbursements range from 50-70% of the rate. I have seen anywhere from 2 to 8 sessions approved. It just depends.
